The purpose of this site is to present my portfolio, demonstrating my skills and should be used with the terms of use are as follows:

The contents in this site, are not to be distributed or used anywhere without my written consent.

Some of my work will use audio or visuals from other artists online, and I have mentioned this in my works.  This portfolio is solely to demonstrate skills and it is not intended to be used commercially without first obtaining permission from the copyright owners or from me.  Where a piece of work was created with others, it will be mentioned, otherwise, all work is created by me.

My usage of other artists’ works is within the Fair Use doctrine.   It's sole purpose is to demonstrate skills and cannot harm the market or replace the need to purchase or license the original work.  Most of the usage is for transformative uses, where the original work is altered or combined with other materials, and in other circumstances, only small parts of original work is used.

 

Any opinions expressed through my works is purely for artisitic purposes and not to be taken as a distribution of facts or my opinions.

Any data a visitor of the site shares with me through this site, will not be shared with others, unless I get consent from the visitor and will be used solely by me, for communication, where initiated by the visitor of the portfolio site.
